Our Human Resources
Michelle Turberfield, founder, director and tutor, has been working with children with special needs since 2006. Professionally trained as an accountant, she switched her career after a spell of volunteering to read with these children. She went through re-training and completed her Diploma in Special Education. She has worked as a Speech Teacher and a preschool SEN teacher. She is also Orton-Gillingham and Jolly Phonic trained. Recently moved to Hong Kong, she is particularly interested in helping people with needs to learn Mandarin as a foreign language.
Personally, she has been homeschooling her own children, choosing and working through different curriculum with them. She will be taking you through your free consultation online, showing you the live classroom setup and advising you about our classes.
If you are interested to join our human resources, please contact us through our contact page.

Feedback from our students
Fabian, ages 8 - The class is good and not too long.....Teacher Michelle did a good class. (after first trial)
YY, Mum of a student - The online class is a good idea, saves time on traveling. I need to be near him in case he fidgets too much or loses focus. The initial setup was unfamiliar but not hard to learn. He did his class on his iPad which is easier for doodling when being asked. Video breaks in class help him to refocus faster. (after first trial)
